Job summary

WHITERIVERALF in seeks a dedicated caregiver to provide routine daily care to residents in accordance with assessments and care plans. You will support meals, personal care, and mobility, while reporting changes to supervisors.

Responsibilities include using PCC, maintaining room readiness, documenting notes, reporting incidents, protecting privacy, and assisting with transfers, bathing, dressing, and daily activities. Requires a high school education and basic Microsoft Office skills.

Qualifications

• Must possess a high school education or equivalent.
• Proficiency with Microsoft Office suite.
• Ability to read, analyze, and interpret general business materials.
• Effective written and verbal communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Provide routine daily care and services per resident assessments and care plans.
• Assist with ALDS, meals, and other activities as directed by supervisors.
• Maintain resident room readiness and ensure comfort and safety.
• Document entries accurately in notes, SPAs, and incident reports.
• Protect resident privacy and report any privacy breaches promptly.
• Assist with transfers, mobility, bathing, dressing, and daily activities.
