Job summary

Zito Media is hiring a Service Installation Technician to perform routine installations, disconnects, and troubleshooting of cable, high-speed internet, phone services and customer equipment. The role includes on-call evenings and weekends when scheduled.

Prior experience is preferred, but training is available for the right candidate. Responsibilities include installing services, submitting work orders, diagnosing faults, and guiding subscribers on usage.

Qualifications

• Friendly, patient, basic courtesy and a pleasant demeanor.
• Basic computer troubleshooting including email and MS Office.

Responsibilities

• Install cable television, internet and phone services.
• Complete work orders and document work.
• Identify and fix faults from subscriber drop to customer premises.
• Communicate with customers about reception problems and services.
• Travel out of state as needed to cover shifts.
