Job summary

Zito Media is seeking a Service Installation Technician to perform routine installations; disconnects; and troubleshooting of cable, high-speed internet, phone services and end user equipment. This position will require on-call evenings and weekends when scheduled or needed.

Prior experience preferred, but willing to train the right candidate. The role includes installing services, completing work orders, identifying faults, and ensuring compliance with local and company standards on-site.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent required.
• Valid state driver's license with clean driving record.
• Ability to climb ladders and poles daily/regularly up to 40 feet.
• Basic computer troubleshooting including email.

Responsibilities

• Install cable television, internet and phone services.
• Completion and submission of all assigned work orders.
• Identify faults and adjust/repair components to ensure signal quality.
• Resolve customer issues and communicate service status.
• Travel out of state may be required to assist with coverage.
