Job summary

Zito Media is seeking a Service Installation Technician to perform routine installations, disconnects, and troubleshooting of cable, high-speed internet, phone services and end user equipment. Must maintain performance standards and instruct subscribers in the use of company equipment. On-call evenings and weekends may be required.

Prior experience preferred, but training may be provided. Travel may be required out of state to cover coverage needs.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent.

Responsibilities

• Install cable television, internet and phone services.
• Complete and submit assigned work orders.
• Identify faults within the subscriber drop to subscriber equipment and fix by adjusting, repairing or replacing components.
• Communicate with customers about reception problems and provided instructions.
• Apply technical expertise to evaluate problems and implement solutions.
• Travel out of state may be required to assist with coverage.
