Qualifications

• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Speak and write in English.
• Able to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Able to hold and grasp fingerprints.
• Able to work in a high-paced environment.
• Type and use basic computer skills.
• Complete biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the US.
• Screen entrants for valid appointment notices and IDs.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and the US government.
• Maintain visitor control logs and administrative paperwork.
• Manage facility checks and coordinate with Site Supervisor.
• Assist with law enforcement or first responders when necessary.
