Job summary

HeiTech Services, Inc. is seeking an ON-CALL - Customer Service Representative (Biometrics Fingerprinting Technician) to support USCIS ASC operations. You will collect biometric information and deliver professional service in a government setting.

No prior fingerprinting experience is required—paid training provided. Candidates with customer service backgrounds are encouraged to apply. Hours are on-call with no guaranteed schedule.

Qualifications

• Must obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Able to stand for scheduled shift duration and handle fingerprinting tasks.
• Demonstrated experience in customer service is required.
• Successful completion of biometrics training within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and visitors per facility procedures.
• Provide front-line customer service representing HeiTech Services and USCIS.
• Work with the public in a cheerful, respectful manner.
