Job summary

HeiTech Services is seeking an On-Call Customer Service Representative (Fingerprinting) Technician to support USCIS ASC operations in Rhode Island. This casual on-call role requires availability Mon-Fri 7:45 am to 4:15 pm for substitute coverage, with no guaranteed hours.

You will complete biometrics registration, verify applicants, and provide front-line service while upholding safety and courtesy. Requires English proficiency, a high school diploma, and the ability to obtain a government

Qualifications

• Must be able to obtain and maintain a government-issued suitability clearance.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand upright for scheduled shift duration.
• Ability to hold and grasp applicants' hands to obtain quality fingerprints.
• Ability to work in a high-paced environment with the public.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Successful completion of biometric training and certification within 60 days.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration (fingerprints, photographs, signatures) for USCIS applicants.
• Verify all entrants are approved and adhere to facility processes.
• Provide front-line customer service as HeiTech Services representative.
• Treat applicants with respect and courtesy as customers of the USCIS ASC.
