Amentum is seeking a Customer Service (Biometric Enrollment) Specialist to welcome and assist individuals pursuing legal immigration at a USCIS Application Support Center. You will greet applicants, verify identities, and guide them through the biometric appointment with courtesy.

This casual on-call role offers an hourly rate of $20.97 under the SCA, with benefits eligibility and potential health/welfare contributions.

Qualifications

• Must obtain facility credentials; US citizenship required for credentials.
• High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for shift duration.
• Ability to type and use basic computer skills.
• Complete biometrics training and certify within sixty days.
• Desire: ability to speak a foreign language.

Responsibilities

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration.
• Verify entrants are approved applicants and manage crowd control.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and US Gov.
• Perform quality biometrics processing: fingerprints, photos, and signatures.
• Manage visitor log and administrative paperwork.
