Amentum is seeking a Biometric Technician in Reno, NV to support USCIS ASC operations. This on-call role focuses on accurate biometric capture, screening, and professional customer service for applicants.

You will work with a team to maintain security and smooth flow of operations while protecting sensitive information. Candidates must obtain facility credentials, communicate in English, and complete biometrics training within sixty days.

Qualifikationen

• Must have a High School Diploma or equivalent.
• Must be able to speak and write in English.
• Ability to stand for scheduled shift duration.
• Must complete biometrics training and become certified within sixty days.

Aufgaben

• Complete biometrics registration for applicants seeking legal immigration to the United States.
• Screen applicants to ensure they have a valid appointment notice and identification allowing entry into the ASC.
• Provide front-line customer service as representatives of Amentum and on behalf of the United States Government.
• Utilize crowd control barriers to ensure a safe and organized entry into the facility.
• Conduct periodic facility checks and report concerns to the Site Supervisor.
