Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Maintain knowledge of departmental policies and standards.
• Anticipate guests’ needs and respond promptly.
• Greet guests and assist with seating and service timings.
• Coordinate with kitchen and bartenders to ensure smooth function service.
• Monitor cleanliness and organization of banquet areas throughout events.
• Prepare station assignments for servers and ensure proper coverage.
