Hireology is seeking an On-Call Banquet Server to deliver exceptional food and beverage service at resort events such as weddings and conferences. You will set up banquet spaces, assist with service stations, and ensure guest satisfaction while upholding resort standards.

Ideal candidates have strong customer service and communication skills, the ability to work in a fast-paced environment, and flexibility to work evenings, weekends, and holidays.

Qualifications

• High school diploma or equivalent preferred.
• Banquet/restaurant or hospitality experience preferred.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Ability to work in a fast-paced environment while remaining professional.
• Flexible schedule including evenings, weekends, holidays, and special events.

Responsibilities

• Set up banquet rooms according to event orders and specifications.
• Prepare tables, linens, place settings, glassware, and service stations.
• Serve food and beverages to guests in a professional, friendly, and efficient manner.
• Assist with buffet setup, replenishment, and breakdown.
• Clear tables and maintain cleanliness throughout events.
• Respond promptly to guest requests and resolve issues courteously.
• Follow food safety and sanitation regulations.
• Work with banquet captains, kitchen staff, and team members for seamless execution.
• Maintain knowledge of menu items, beverages, and event details.
