Responsibilities include serving all courses and beverages, timing courses to match pacing, handling payments where required, and keeping the function space clean and ready for teardown.

Qualifications

• Minimum of 1 year of banquet or convention services experience preferred.
• Ability to communicate effectively in English (verbal and written).
• Basic knowledge of food and beverage service standards and etiquette.
• Must be able to stand, walk, and carry food trays for prolonged periods.

Responsibilities

• Greet guests warmly and explain specials or promotions.
• Serve all courses and beverages per function requirements.
• Time service to guest dining pace.
• Take beverage orders and collect payments where required.
• Maintain cleanliness of work areas and equipment.
• Perform pre- and post-shift side work.
• Assist with setup and breakdown of function space as needed.
