Job summary

Pinnacle Live, LLC is seeking an On Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations, including setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions in hotel and hospitality settings. You will focus on delivering unmatched customer service to guests and clients across Sacramento and Napa properties.

This role requires strong technical aptitude, responsiveness, and the ability to work across diverse events from corporate meetings to large conferences.

Qualifications

• High School Graduate or equivalent.
• Prior exposure to audio visual and/or hospitality industry.
• Computer proficiency (hardware, software and networking)

Responsibilities

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
• Provide continued communication with client to ensure success of all events
• Follows through on all client requests
• Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems
• Review daily invoices with client and obtain client’s signature on invoice(s)
• Comply with all Company security and safety measures and inventory controls
• Ensure inventory is in good working order and rental condition
• Report any lost, stolen or damaged equipment to management
• Keep company areas clean, organized, and up to standard
• Improve technical skills across audio, video/data, staging and networking
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned

As an On-Call Event Services Technician, you’ll have the opportunity to work across a variety of event environments, gain exposure to different hotel properties , production setups, and support everything from corporate meetings to large-scale conferences and special events.

Job Summary

Essential Functions

• Ensure all event sets and strikes are completed according to Company SOPs.
• Greet guests/clients before event and provide clear instructions on how to operate equipment.
• Provide continued communication with client to ensure success of all events
• Follows through on all client requests
• Look for opportunities to enhance client’s event
• Maintain accurate client event information within the Company’s business systems

• Comply with all Company security and safety measures and is constantly aware of the property inventory and location of equipment and ensures inventory is secure from theft and /or damage
• Ensure all inventory is in good working order and rental condition
• Ensure any lost stolen or damaged equipment is immediately reported to management.
• Ensure inventory is secure from theft and/or damage.
• Make sure all Company occupied areas are clean, organized, and up to Company standards
• Continually work toward enhancing and improving technical skills to include audio, video/data, staging and computer operation and networking.
• Comply with all Company policies and procedures
• Other duties as assigned.

Education & Experience

• High School Graduate or equivalent
