Job summary

Pinnacle Live in Sacramento, CA is seeking an On-Call Event Services Technician to support floor operations across hotel and venue environments. You will assist with setup, strike, and operation of AV solutions while delivering exceptional guest service.

Qualifications

• Exposure to audio-visual and/or hospitality environments.
• Proficient with computer hardware, software, and networking.

Responsibilities

• Assist with floor operations, including setup, strike and operation of AV solutions in hotel/venue environments.
• Greet guests/clients and provide clear instructions on equipment operation.
• Maintain clear communication with clients to ensure event success and address client requests.
• Keep inventory secure and report lost, stolen or damaged equipment.
• Ensure all event equipment and areas meet company standards and SOPs.
