QVC Group is seeking a Senior Manager of Omnichannel Talent to define and execute a comprehensive talent strategy across livestreaming, social media, digital commerce, and retail. You will recruit, onboard, coach, and develop hosts and creators, building a diverse pipeline and ensuring strong brand representation across channels.

You will lead talent negotiations, partner with marketing and production teams, and develop dashboards to report on engagement, viewership, and sales metrics.

Qualifications

• 8+ years of experience in live commerce and influencer programs.
• Expertise in omnichannel talent strategy and host/creator development.
• Proven ability to manage talent contracts and vendor relationships.
• Bachelor’s degree in communications, business, marketing or related field.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute an omnichannel talent strategy to drive growth.
• Build and manage a pipeline of hosts, influencers, creators, and brand ambassadors.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop livestream talent.
• Create development plans and conduct regular performance evaluations.
• Manage talent contracts, negotiations, and compliance.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to optimize talent utilization.
• Monitor talent performance using engagement, conversion, and revenue data.
• Develop reporting dashboards and present findings to senior leadership.
