QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Omnichannel Talent to define and execute a comprehensive talent strategy across livestreaming, social media, and digital commerce.
You will lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance, scheduling, and retention for hosts, creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors in a fast-paced live shopping environment. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite days at our West Chester, PA headquarters.

The Senior Manager of Omnichannel Talent supports QVC and HSN, and is responsible for defining and executing a comprehensive talent strategy that supports audience growth, brand affinity, customer engagement, and revenue objectives across livestreaming, social media, digital commerce, retail, and emerging platforms. You will oversee the full talent lifecycle—including recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance management, scheduling, succession planning, and retention—while cultivating a diverse pipeline of hosts, creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors who authentically represent the brand and resonate with customers. You will be directly responsible for the growth, development, and long-term success of all talent appearing within the organization's livestream ecosystem, including omnichannel hosts, broadcast hosts, hybrid hosts, creators, and producer-hosts.
This role is hybrid and will require you to be onsite at our headquarters in West Chester, PA several days per month (onsite days are predetermined and standard across the company).
