Job summary

QVC Group, Inc. is seeking a Senior Manager of Omnichannel Talent to define and execute a comprehensive talent strategy across livestreaming, social media, and digital commerce.

You will lead recruitment, onboarding, coaching, performance, scheduling, and retention for hosts, creators, influencers, and brand ambassadors in a fast-paced live shopping environment. The role is hybrid, requiring onsite days at our West Chester, PA headquarters.

Qualifications

• 8+ years in live commerce or omnichannel retail.
• Experience with broadcast media and content production.
• Familiarity with platforms like TikTok Shop, YouTube Live, Instagram Live, Facebook Live, Amazon Live.
• Bachelor's degree or equivalent combination of experience and training.

Responsibilities

• Define and execute an omnichannel talent strategy.
• Build and manage talent pipeline of hosts, influencers, creators and ambassadors.
• Recruit, onboard, coach, and develop livestream talent.
• Manage talent contracts and ensure compliance.
• Develop dashboards and present findings to senior leadership.
• Oversee talent scheduling and budgeting across platforms.
