Job summary

JCPenney in Humble, TX is hiring an Omni Associate who helps drive profitable sales by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations and general operations.

You will greet customers, assist them in finding products, process orders on the register, stock the sales floor, and participate in inventory and fulfillment tasks while meeting performance standards.

Qualifications

• Education – bachelor’s degree or equivalent work experience preferred; high school degree or equivalent is required.

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales – greets and assists customers in finding products, delivers outstanding customer service, consistently demonstrates customer service behaviors, actively listens to customer issues to resolve problems, promotes products and services, and partners with team members effectively.
• Enterprise Fulfillment – monitors fulfillment systems, picks orders, packs orders per packaging requirements and timelines; completes Ship from Store and Buy Online Pickup in Store activities in a timely manner.
• jcp.com Operations – researches order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in; completes order binning and system reporting; maintains jcp.com stock area; processes order delivery and return transactions on the register.
• General Operations – replenishes store inventory, participates in annual inventory, supports cross-functional teams.
• Performance Standards – meets standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, and attendance.
