JCPenney in San Jose is seeking an Omni Associate to support profitable sales growth by executing Enterprise Fulfillment and jcp.com activities, including Customer Service & Sales, Enterprise Fulfillment, jcp.com operations, and general store operations. Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree or equivalent work experience preferred.
• HS diploma or equivalent required.
• 1–2 years of work experience in retail or customer service.

Responsabilités

• Greets and assists customers, delivering outstanding service.
• Monitors fulfillment systems, packs orders, and ships from store.
• Manages jcp.com operations including order check-in and stock organization.
• Replenishes store inventory with Merchandise team and participates in annual inventory.
• Meets performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, and attendance.
