Responsibilities

Greets and assists customers, delivers outstanding service, promotes company products and services.
Monitors fulfillment systems, picks orders, packs, and completes ship-from-store and buy-online-pickup-in-store tasks.
Researches order issues and completes stock reporting and transactions on the register.
Partners with store team to replenish inventory and supports annual inventory process.
Meets performance standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel initiatives, profit, productivity, and attendance.
