Job summary

Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Customer Service & Sales - Greets and assists customers and promotes products and services
• Enterprise Fulfillment - Monitors systems and packs orders per packaging requirements
• jcp.com Operations - Researches order shortages/overages and completes shipment check-in
• General Operations - Replenishes store inventory and participates in annual inventory
• Performance Standards - Meets standards for shrink, safety, omnichannel, customer service, profit, productivity, attendance
