Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead and develop the Omni team, driving department performance and member experiences within the club. You will oversee the Omni space, direct digital initiatives, and ensure adherence to GOLD standards while coaching staff across multiple departments.

The role requires strong leadership, experience managing a team of 5+, and proficiency with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Must have at least 1 year experience overseeing a team of 5+ employees
• Proven ability to set goals and manage performance
• Open shift availability required
• Must be 18 years old; basic computer skills required
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred

Responsibilities

• Process member orders quickly and courteously using RF devices
• Lead and develop Omni Experience Ambassadors; assist in hiring and performance reviews
• Ensure compliance with SOPs for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside and Ship from Club
• Drive club performance by leveraging data and reporting to identify opportunities
• Maintain safe, clean, and welcoming club environment for members and team
