Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in New York is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead the Omni team, drive department performance, and implement digital initiatives like BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club. You will mentor staff, set standards, and ensure excellent member service while controlling operations.

The role requires at least 1 year of supervising 5+ employees, strong organizational skills, and the ability to work flexible shifts.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year supervising a team of 5+ employees.
• Ability to set goals and meet deadlines.
• Organize workflow and delegate tasks; report to Assistant Club Management.
• Monitor employee productivity and provide feedback.
• Communicate with Club Leadership to relay information.
• Demonstrate leadership to drive engagement and cross-functional teams.
• Own strategic initiatives and deliver results.
• Must be 18+; open shift availability.
• Previous order pulling and RF scanner experience preferred.
• Computer proficiency required.

Responsibilities

• Oversee daily Omni Operations, lead Omni team members and ensure club performance.
• Process member orders using RF scanners and ensure accurate picking.
• Train and coach team members, assist in hiring and performance reviews.
• Maintain staffing across departments and ensure safety and policy adherence.
• Analyze key club metrics and drive improvements.
