Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead club departments, drive performance, and ensure outstanding member experiences. You will manage Omni team members, implement digital initiatives, and uphold policies and procedures to achieve operational excellence.

Reporting to the Assistant Club Manager, you will guide the Omni team through training, coaching, and process improvements while delivering a high standard of customer service and club performance.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year leading a team of 5+ employees.
• Excellent leadership and communication skills.
• Open shift availability required.
• Experience with RF scanners and order picking.
• Strong organizational and delegation abilities.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders quickly and accurately
• Lead Omni team and ensure productivity
• Maintain SOPs for BOPIC, BOPIC Fresh, Curbside and Ship from Club
• Coach and develop Omni Experience Ambassadors
• Ensure safety and positive environment for team and members
