Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club in the United States seeks an Omni Supervisor to lead club operations and drive performance across departments under the Assistant Club Manager. You’ll manage Omni initiatives such as BOPIC, Same Day Delivery, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while ensuring outstanding member experiences.

You'll build high-performing teams, coach through training, monitor KPI data, and enforce policies to deliver efficient service and strong results daily.

Qualifications

• Minimum 1 year experience overseeing a team of 5+ employees.
• Open shift availability required.
• Prior order pulling experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.
• Ability to coach Omni Experience Ambassadors and drive policy adherence.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders quickly and accurately using RF devices and pick lists.
• Lead Omni team members, train and coach them to meet SOPs and productivity goals.
• Ensure a safe, clean, and welcoming club environment for members and staff.
• Communicate with Club Leadership and drive continuous improvement using data.
• Maintain high service standards and escalate concerns when needed.
