This hourly role includes monthly bonus eligibility and opportunities to grow in leadership and store operations.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail experience with a customer service focus.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and move equipment up to 500 lbs.
• Flexible schedule including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Comfortable using smartphones and tablets and Windows-based systems.
• Strong communication and teamwork skills.
• Self-directed and able to work with minimal supervision.

Aufgaben

• Drive sales and create a positive customer experience by processing inbound deliveries.
• Execute shipments and fulfillment, leading the team in picking, packing, and shipping.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shrink control with manifests and asset protection.
• Communicate daily goals and maintain back-of-house and pickup areas.
• Use planning tools to forecast shipments and labor; participate in weekly workload planning.
• Track supply usage and place replenishments; support facilities processes.
• Adapt to changing conditions and reallocate resources as needed.
• Mentor teammates and support onboarding and learning.
• Boost associate engagement and foster a positive store culture.
• Support in-store customer experience during busy periods.
