Job summary

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience required.
• Strong customer service and communication skills.
• Willingness to work nights, weekends and holidays.
• Comfortable with technology and Windows-based devices.
• Ability to learn quickly and lead a small team.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by processing inbound deliveries and preparing new merchandise.
• Lead outbound shipments, store fulfillment, and replenishment activities with accuracy and speed.
• Oversee inventory accuracy, manifests, and asset protection procedures.
• Communicate daily goals and organize back-of-house and customer pickup areas for efficiency.
• Utilize planning tools to forecast shipments and labor hours; participate in workload planning.
• Track supply usage and place replenishment orders; support store maintenance and housekeeping.
• Adapt to changing forecasts and business needs; mentor associates and support learning.
• Foster associate engagement and a positive store culture; recognize team achievements.
• Support in-store customer experience during peak periods with excellent service.
