Belk, Inc. & Belk eCommerce LLC. is seeking an Omni Experience Lead to drive sales and deliver an outstanding omni experience by executing customer orders with accuracy, speed, and teamwork.

This hourly role partners with merchandising, operations, and selling teams to meet store objectives and empower the team to deliver exceptional service. You will lead a collaborative team, manage daily goals, and help develop associates while ensuring efficient fulfillment and customer pickup operations.

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Available to work a flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around all store areas and be accessible to customers; lift/move at least 50 lbs; push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving store objectives and key metrics.
• Execute omni process in picking, packing, and shipping orders accurately and efficiently.
• Maintain fulfillment areas and devices to promote efficiency.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks to the team.
• Model behaviors to build team knowledge and improve omni results.
• Assist with onboarding and coaching to enhance associate development.
• Foster positive store culture and celebrate team achievements.
• Support in-store customer experience with excellent service during peak periods.
