Job summary

Belk is seeking an Omni/Ops Team Lead to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience by handling inbound deliveries and accurate order processing. You will lead outbound shipments, replenishment, and store facilities, collaborating with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence.

The role requires 1+ years of retail experience, flexibility for nights/weekends/holidays, and strong teamwork. This is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility.

• Ability to interpret data and use guidance to make timely decisions.
• Proven ability to teach and develop others.

Responsibilities

• Drive sales and customer experience by receiving, processing inbound deliveries and executing orders with accuracy and speed.
• Lead outbound shipments, replenishment, and maintaining store facilities.
• Collaborate with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence.
• Manage daily goals, tasks, and back-of-house organization to promote efficiency.
• Use omni and operations planning tools to forecast projections and labor hours.
• Monitor supply usage and place replenishment orders; oversee facilities processes and housekeeping.
• Support associate onboarding and learning initiatives.
• Engage and motivate associates to achieve store goals and deliver excellent customer service.
• Assist during key coverage periods to ensure smooth in-store customer experiences.
