You will collaborate with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence while maintaining a positive store culture. This hourly role offers monthly bonus eligibility and opportunities for leadership

Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives.
• Ability to work with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsabilités

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability in achieving store objectives.
• Execute store shipment deliveries and fulfillment activities.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shortage control in designated areas.
• Champion inventory management, asset protection, safety, and security protocols.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks.
• Maintain back-of-house and fulfillment areas for efficiency.
• Determine forecasted unit projections and labor hours using planning tools.
• Participate in weekly leadership workload planning meetings.
• Track store supply usage and place replenishment orders.
• Support facilities processes including maintenance and housekeeping.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust tactics as needed.
