Job summary

Belk in Charleston, SC seeks an Omni Experience Lead to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience through accurate, efficient order execution. You will orchestrate collaboration across merchandising, operations, and selling teams to achieve omni excellence and store objectives.

This is an hourly position with monthly bonus eligibility. You will help lead a team that puts customers first, empowering associates to do the right thing and grow together as a high-performing unit.

Qualifications

• One or more years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to use data, guidance, and judgement to support timely decisions.
• Self-directed with minimal supervision in a deadline-driven environment.

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Execute omni process and procedures, leading picking, packing, and shipping to maximize productivity.
• Maintain fulfillment equipment and organize pickup areas for efficiency.
• Communicate daily goals and key tasks to team; foster knowledge sharing.
• Use omni planning tools to forecast units and labor hours; plan workload.
• Track fulfillment supply usage and place replenishment orders.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust tactics accordingly.
• Support onboarding and ongoing learning for associates; promote engagement.
• Provide excellent customer service and support during peak periods.
• Lead shortage control, ensuring asset protection and safety protocols.
