Belk is seeking an Omni/Ops Team Lead to drive sales and ensure a positive customer experience through inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, replenishment, and store maintenance. You will lead a team, manage inventory, and collaborate with merchandising and selling teams to achieve store objectives.

This hourly role includes monthly bonus eligibility and requires strong leadership, data-driven decisions, and a focus on operational excellence in a retail environment.

Qualifikationen

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.
• Flexibility to work nights, weekends, and holidays.

• Lead shipment deliveries and store fulfillment to maximize productivity.
• Maintain inventory accuracy and champion asset protection procedures.
• Organize back-of-house areas and support customer pickup activities.
• Plan forecasted units and labor hours using planning tools.
• Support exceptional in-store customer experience during key coverage periods.
