Qualifications

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Flexible schedule based on business needs, including nights, weekends, and holidays.
• Must regularly move around store areas and lift at least 50 lbs.
• Ability to push/pull receiving equipment weighing up to 500 lbs.

Responsibilities

• Own objectives and drive key metrics.
• Execute store shipment deliveries and fulfillment, leading the team.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shrink control in designated areas.
• Champion inventory management, safety guidelines, and security protocols.
• Coordinate forecasted shipments and required labor hours.
• Support facilities processes and housekeeping responsibilities.
