Qualifications

Responsibilities

• Demonstrate ownership and initiative to meet store objectives and key metrics.
• Execute store shipments and fulfillment activities, leading the team for accuracy and speed.
• Lead inventory control and asset protection processes, ensuring accuracy and safety.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks; maintain back-of-house and pickup areas for efficiency.
• Use omni and operations planning tools to forecast needs and plan labor.
• Track store supply usage and place replenishment orders to maintain stock.
• Support in-store customer experience and assist during peak periods.
