Belk in Ohio is seeking an Operations Team Lead to drive sales and deliver a positive customer experience by receiving and processing inbound deliveries with accuracy and efficiency, and ensuring new merchandise is ready for customers. You will lead the team in outbound shipments, replenishments, and store upkeep, collaborating with merchandising, omni, and selling teams to achieve store objectives.

Qualifications

1+ years of retail experience with a focus on customer service.
Ability to lift at least 40 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.
Strong ownership, accountability, and initiative to meet store objectives.

Responsabilités

Lead team in receiving inbound deliveries with accuracy.
Prepare and complete outbound shipments and replenishments.
Maintain back-of-house organization and equipment.
Communicate daily goals and lead planning meetings.
Monitor inventory accuracy and implement asset protection procedures.
Support store facilities processes, including safety guidelines and housekeeping.
