Belk in Melbourne, FL is hiring an Omni/Ops Team Lead to drive sales and customer experience. You will manage inbound deliveries, outbound shipments, replenishments, and facilities maintenance while leading a team to accuracy and speed.

This hourly role collaborates with merchandising and selling teams to achieve omni and operational excellence, with monthly bonus eligibility based on performance.

Formación

• 1+ years of retail experience and a dedication to customer service excellence.
• Ability to work a flexible schedule including nights, weekends and holidays.
• Must be able to lift at least 50 lbs and push/pull equipment up to 500 lbs.

Responsabilidades

• Demonstrate ownership and accountability to achieve store objectives and key metrics.
• Execute store shipment deliveries and fulfillment activities, leading the team in accurate processing of product orders.
• Lead inventory accuracy and shrink control in designated areas; ensure asset protection, safety, and security protocols are followed.
• Communicate daily goals and tasks; maintain back-of-house areas and organize fulfillment spaces for efficiency.
• Use omni and operations planning tools to forecast unit projections and labor requirements; participate in weekly planning.
• Track store supply usage and place replenishment orders; support facilities processes and store maintenance.
• Adapt to changing circumstances and adjust tactics based on updated forecasts and business needs.
• Coach and develop team members; support onboarding and ongoing learning.
