BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Supervisor to lead club operations and drive performance across departments under the OMNI framework. You will supervise the Omni team, ensure adherence to digital initiatives, and maintain high standards for member experience.

The role emphasizes leadership, coaching, and cross-functional collaboration to meet productivity and service level targets in a fast-paced retail environment.

Qualifications

• Must be able to oversee a team of 5+ employees.
• Experience leading omni-channel operations preferred.
• Strong communication and leadership skills required.
• Ability to train and coach team members on policies and procedures.

Responsabilités

• Process member orders quickly and accurately.
• Lead Omni team members and ensure operational efficiencies.
• Maintain store policies and SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Review OMNI reporting and drive performance improvements.
• Hire, train, and manage team performance.
