Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador for weekend shifts to support omnichannel orders and in-store pickup operations. You will pull merchandise from the pick list, verify counts with handheld scanners, and move items from the sales floor to the staging area for curbside and ship-from-club workflows.

Responsibilities include delivering friendly, efficient service, assisting with inventory tasks, and upholding club standards.

Qualifications

• Experience in warehouse order picking.
• Big box/retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to verify counts and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and to packing areas.
• Assist with replenishment and inventory checks to keep shelves stocked.
• Ensure timely completion of all orders to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain a clean and organized SFC/OMNI space and follow safety SOPs.
