Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle general warehouse tasks including picking from a list, moving stock to staging, and operating scanners. You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club while ensuring accuracy and efficiency in daily operations.

The role emphasizes teamwork, integrity, safety, and a fast-paced environment. Prior order pulling and RF scanner experience are preferred as you contribute to a premium

Qualifications

• Prior order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Prior RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling items from the pick list.
• Use a handheld RF scanner to locate and verify items.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area as needed.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and report expired or short‑dated items.
• Coordinate with club team to replenish merchandise and manage reserve pulls.
• Meet productivity standards and adhere to SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.
• Maintain a safe, clean, and organized workspace; attend to damaged items per procedures.
• Maintain regular attendance and support other departments as needed.
