Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking teamwork‑oriented associates for general warehouse duties. You will pull merchandise from pick lists, move items to staging areas, and verify counts with handheld scanners.

The Omni Experience Ambassador will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while upholding club policies and a positive member experience. Ideal candidates have prior order pulling or RF scanner experience in a busy retail environment and are committed

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld scanner devices to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and communicate stock needs.
• Maintain a clean, organized work area and follow safety and SOPs for Omni initiatives.
• Meet productivity targets and support club policies and standards throughout shifts.
