Job summary

BJ’S Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging areas, and using handheld RF scanners to verify counts. The role emphasizes accuracy, speed, and adherence to safety standards.

You’ll help maintain a fast, safe, and friendly shopping experience for members while upholding club policies and procedures across BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club initiatives.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous, and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilize handheld RF scanner to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensure proper placement.
• Maintain cleanliness and organization in the OMNI Space and SFC areas.
