Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, and support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club. You will ensure accurate order fulfillment while maintaining a safe, organized environment for members and teammates.

The role emphasizes teamwork, speed, and adaptability in a dynamic retail setting, with a focus on member satisfaction and operational efficiency.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use handheld RF scanner to pick and verify orders.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and replenish as needed.
• Ensure on-time order completion to meet productivity targets.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and adhere to safety standards.
