Job summary

BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and using handheld scanners. You will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club while upholding club policies and safety standards.

You will work in a fast-paced environment, ensuring accuracy, speed, and a positive member experience.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Pull orders from a pick list and pack securely.
• Use handheld RF scanner to verify items and update locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and replenish as needed.
• Maintain a clean, organized SFC area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Meet productivity metrics and deadlines with a sense of urgency.
