Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to support digital initiatives and daily warehouse operations. You will pull merchandise from a pick list, move items to the staging area, and verify counts with an RF scanner to ensure accurate inventory and timely order fulfillment.

Team members provide friendly, efficient service to our members, uphold club policies, and maintain safety and cleanliness while embracing inclusion and a fast-paced, ever-changing retail environment.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Processes member purchases in a fast, courteous and friendly manner by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Utilizes a handheld RF scanner device to pick orders from the sales floor.
• Moves merchandise from sales floor to staging area and ensures timely order completion.
• Maintains safe, neat SFC area and reports inventory issues promptly.
