Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club, Inc. is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to handle general warehouse duties, pulling merchandise from pick lists, and moving items from the sales floor to the staging area using a handheld RF scanner.

You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club while helping maintain a safe, efficient, and member-focused environment.

Qualifications

• Experience with order picking using RF scanners is preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience is preferred.
• Previous order pulling experience is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Use RF scanner to verify counts and update merchandise locations.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area and assist with replenishment.
• Maintain a clean, safe, and organized work area and follow SOPs for BOPIC, Curbside and Ship from Club.
• Collaborate with teammates to meet productivity and SLA targets.
