BJ's Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Omni Experience Ambassador to support warehouse operations, including picking, staging, and using handheld scanners. You will work within omni initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club to enhance member experience.

The role emphasizes fast, accurate order processing, teamwork, and adherence to safety and club standards. Prior RF scanner and wholesale retail experience are preferred; on-site scheduling is required.

Qualifications

• Experience pulling orders in a retail or warehouse setting.
• Background in big box or wholesale retail preferred.
• Experience using RF scanners preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and accurately using RF scanner devices.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area to support on-time picks.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues to team promptly.
• Ensure orders are picked to meet productivity and SLA targets.
