Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, pulling merchandise from pick lists, moving items to staging, and scanning with RF devices. You will support digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay, and Ship from Club, while delivering friendly, efficient service to members.

Qualified candidates bring prior order pulling or large‑scale retail experience and familiarity with RF scanners.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously using a handheld RF scanner.
• Pull orders from pick lists and move merchandise from sales floor to staging area.
• Ensure inventory accuracy and communicate replenishment needs to the club team.
• Maintain safe, clean work area and adhere to SOPs for omni-channel initiatives.
• Meet productivity metrics and complete tasks with urgency and accuracy.
