Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking a dedicated Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse duties, pull merchandise from pick lists, and assist with digital initiatives such as BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club. You will use handheld scanners, verify counts, move items to staging, and support a fast, safe shopping experience for members.

We value candidates with prior order pulling and RF scanner experience, especially in big-box or wholesale environments, and a commitment to team

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member orders quickly and accurately using handheld RF scanner.
• Move merchandise from sales floor to staging area as needed.
• Communicate inventory and equipment issues to team and leadership.
• Maintain clean, organized SFC area and assist with safety and SOPs.
• Support multiple Omni initiatives (BOPIC, Curbside, Ship from Club).
• Meet productivity and SLA targets and uphold Gold Club standards.
