Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking team members for general warehouse activities, including pulling merchandise from pick lists, using RF handhelds, and moving stock between floor and staging areas. The Omni Experience Ambassador will support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, Express Pay and Ship from Club.

Applicants should have prior order pulling or RF scanner experience and familiarity with wholesale retail operations.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• Previous RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases quickly and courteously by pulling merchandise from a pick list.
• Communicate inventory or equipment issues and handle damaged or short-dated items appropriately.
• Ensure timely and accurate order picking to meet productivity metrics.
• Maintain a clean, safe environment and adhere to club policies and SOPs.
