Job summary

BJ’s Wholesale Club is seeking an Omni Experience Ambassador to perform general warehouse tasks, pull merchandise from pick lists, and move items to staging for expedited member pickup. You will use an RF scanner to verify items and support digital initiatives like BOPIC, Curbside, and Ship from Club.

Qualifications

• Previous order pulling experience preferred.
• Big box/wholesale retail experience preferred.
• RF scanner experience preferred.

Responsibilities

• Process member purchases in a fast, courteous manner using a handheld RF scanner.
• Pull orders from the sales floor and move to staging area for pickup.
• Communicate inventory issues and replenish as needed.
• Ensure orders are packed securely and meet productivity standards.
